CNNCTS Celebrates Entrepreneurs at the Business Showcase and Donor Recognition Event

On April 9th, we joined a community of partners in celebrating the 2023 cohort and alumni of the Entrepreneur Bootcamp program at the Business Showcase and Donor Recognition event. As part of the Urban Poverty Business Initiative, this program supported three individuals—Andrew Pittman, Lisset Valencia-Pittman, and Tiffany Wolfe—through training and continued mentorship for their entrepreneurial goals. Learn more about the celebration, and the upcoming 2024 cohort programs from the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Studies and SDSU’s Lavin Entrepreneurship Center as well as California State University - San Marcos, on today’s blog.

On April 9th, the CNNCTS team had the opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of entrepreneurs Andrew Pittman and Lisset Valencia-Pittman of Condor Visual Media and Tiffany Wolfe at the Business Showcase and Donor Recognition event, hosted by the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Studies and SDSU’s Lavin Entrepreneurship Center on Kumeyaay land at the Salvation Army Kroc Center in San Diego.

The event highlighted the incredible achievements and growth of the 2023 cohort and alumni of the Entrepreneur Bootcamp program of the Urban Poverty Business Initiative, and raised support for the upcoming 2024 cohort programs that will be held in both San Diego and San Marcos. Andrew, Lisset, and Tiffany joined the cohort with support from CNNCTS, as part of the Climate Science Alliance Tribal Working Group.
